WiFi quality needs significant improvement.

The room was lovely, super comfy bed, and the shower had fab water pressure. Seriously, I could've stayed in there all day! Perfect for a solo traveler needing relaxation.

Had a bit of a struggle getting Wi-Fi on my laptop—maybe it wanted to be a phone? And the bathtub was more of a kiddie pool—no deep dives here!

We enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, nice dining area, and cozy sofa. The staff was super friendly and kept everything spotless. The spa was great, with skilled therapists. Only downside was the restaurant, which had limited breakfast options, mainly cold food. The location was convenient for getting around.

Family vacation disappointment

Tried the arabic breakfast which was unique and lovely. Had a great chat with the concierge Adnan every time I saw him in the lobby, made the whole experience more cute.

The room was really elegant and came with great facilities like a cozy sitting area and a mini-bar. The kids loved connecting to the TV with Chromecast. Location could not have been better, super close to the airport and major attractions. The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond, especially with late-night requests. Breakfast options were superb, catering to different tastes. The pool area was a hit with the children, complete with fountains and a play area. However, the AC wasn’t very cool, and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Also, there weren’t enough hangers in the bathroom, which made things a bit inconvenient. Would have liked more attention to the comfort of the extra sleeping arrangements.
